Herby lentil & sweetcorn soup: into your slow cooker or pan, add lentils (any), sweetcorn (I used frozen), chopped white potato, sweet potato, onion, courgette, plant milk (I used oat), water, thyme, garlic & a sprinkle of black pepper.

No weighing or measuring involved, just make sure there is enough liquid in there to allow for lentil absorption. The ingredients took 9 mins to prepare and I just popped it all in the slow cooker this morning and left it to cook for the day. 1 min to dish up.
