1 tbs red chilli powder
1 tbs coriander powder

1/2 cup of boiled bulgur
1- chopped green paper
1/4 cup. Green onion copped
One medium onion chopped

1/2 cup Fresh chopped cilantro

1. Combine all ingredients into the mixture. Check the salt and spice levels and adjust to suit your taste.
2. Divide the mixture into 8 to 10 equal portions. Shape the portions into round circular discs.
3. Our final steps is to cook the Vegetarian Shami Kebabs To do that, preheat a pan and grease it with oil. Place the shaped Kebab portions on the preheated skillet. Drizzle a few drops of oil over the kebabs and pan fry them on both sides until lightly crisp and browned on both sides.
