Happy Tuesday my beautiful humans! Just introducing these UNREAL and super easy to make tofu kebabs ๐Ÿ˜ I coated the tofu in my classic soy and honey glaze and roasted the veggies in the oven ๐ŸŒฑโฃ

(The number of ingredients depends on how many kebabs you want to make).โฃ

Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius. Cut extra firm tofu into cubes and toss in glaze of garlic powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, olive oil, soy sauce, and honey. Chop and quarter veggies (I used mini peppers, mushrooms, and red onions) and lightly salt and drizzle olive oil over the top. Place everything on parchment paper and cook for 20-25 minutes (turning halfway through). Make a little extra glaze for tossing the tofu in after. Assemble kebabs and you are ready to go!โฃ
