VEGETABLES GREEN CHIKALINT DOUGH
it is healthy,crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft in the inside.
As I promised in my last post it did turned out unbelievably delicious.
But I made 3 different recipes with this dough!
I creat different recipes sometimes by just looking and thinking what can I mix together!!!and does it make sense or not?this one
I AM EXTREMELY EXCITED ABOUT IT.
VEGETABLES GREEN DOUGH
3 cups baby spinach
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch cilantro
Handful fresh basil
Fresh or dry oregano
6 cloves garlic
1/2 red jalapeño or crushed pepper flakes
In food processor pulse and chop until you have thicker than pesto constancy.
Separate bowl add
1 cup flour
2 cups lintel flour
4 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup water dissolved in it 1 tablespoon yeast 1 teaspoon Surger
Add vegetables mix and knead it to a s pizza dough consistency
Cover and leave in refrigerator over night,next day cut to 3 balls.
Let it rest on floured surface cover 15 minutes then roll and shape and add your toppings.
I drizzled on the pizza infused oregano garlic (check my post on that).
