Vegan Zaaaaaaaa 🍕🤩🍕

Threw this together for a quick and easy dinner – it was delicious and the ingredients are healthy + good for the soulllll ✨

INGREDIENTS:
– lavish whole wheat flat bread
– tomato sauce
– veggies (I used onion, bell pepper, broccoli + tomato)
– firm tofu
– lemon juice
– nutritional yeast
– s+p, garlic powder, chili flakes
– balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS:
– in a blender, pulse firm tofu, a squeeze of lemon juice, garlic powder, salt + nooch until it reaches a ricotta – like consistency:
– spoon tomato sauce onto flatbread
– chop veggies thinly and layer on top
– add spoonfuls of the tofu ricotta onto the pizza
– ** I skipped this step but you can also brush the crust with olive oil
– sprinkle garlic powder + salt
– bake at 350 for 20 minutes
– drizzle with balsamic vinegar
– add a sprinkle of chili flakes
