Today I got some SUNDRIED TOMATO CRACKERS for you! I really wanted to try to make some healthy crackers and it turned out so easy!
For about 25 crackers you’ll need:

50g flax seeds
75g almond flour
3tsp oil (from the tomatoes)
50g sundried tomatoes
1 spring rosemary
4tsp cold water
salt
1tsp psyllium husk (optional)
topping of your choice (sesame seeds, poppy seeds, herbs…) 1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until it forms a dough.
2. Roll out between to parchment papers and top with herbs/seeds of your choice.
3. Cut into squares using a pizza cutter and place parchment paper on baking tray.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.
5. Let them cool and enjoy with a dip or spread.
