stovetop pizza. 25 minutes. simple ingredients. high protein + vegan. need I say more??? this is one of the best things I have made and you can of course top it with cheese if you like! ??
#dEATS – crust
~ 1 shredded zucchini (squeeze out the water)
~ 1/2 cup chickpea flour
~ spices (optional): s & p, garlic powder, dry oregano & basil
~ simply spread onto a pan and let cook on low heat. then you can increase the heat to let it crisp up a bit then flip it. add any sauce you like (I used Raos, their products are my fav) – you can also add pesto or a white sauce ?
~ toppings (customizable): mushrooms, olives, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, artichokes, crispy tofu, arugula
~ pan sautée everything on the side and add on to your pizza when the crust is done and you have added the sauce. i keep the stove on low heat when adding the sauce and toppings and turn it off right before it’s done!
