Pizza rolls😍🍕🍕 Low quality picture but high quality meal trust me🤤🙌🏼 I wasn’t going to post this because I didn’t like the pic so much but it really was too good not to share🙊 I also made some bomb sauces to dip them in😏 garlic mayo and BBQ mayo🍶😍 (ALL RECIPE DOWN BELOW👇🏻)
🌟What you need🌟
– pizza dough (you can make your own or just use a store bought one! I put my recipe down below if you need it)
– Basil tomato sauce
– Vegan cheese
– Toppings ( I used bell peppers and vegan salami)
– Olive oil
🌟Method🌟 (swipe for pictures of the steps)
1. roll out your pizza dough into a rectangular shape. Brush with olive oil.
2. Spread your tomato sauce on top and add the cheese and toppings.
3. Roll it up and cut it in pieces.
4. Place the rolls on a baking tray and brush the sides with olive oil. Bake at 200°C for 12-15 mins.
✨Garlic mayo: combine 3 tbsp vegan mayo with 1 tsp garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of fried basil.
✨BBQ mayo: combine 3 tbsp of vegan mayo with 1 tbsp of BBQ sauce.
🍕Pizza dough recipe🍕
– 200 g flour
– Half a packet of dry yeast (~4g) (NOT baking powder)
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 tsp sugar
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 125 ml water
1. Combine the flour with the yeast, salt and sugar in a big bowl.
2. Mix in the olive oil and water until you get a dough that is dry enough that it doesn’t stick to the sides of the bowl. Add more flour/ water if necessary.
3. Transfer the dough into a clean bowl and brush it with olive oil.
4. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 30 mins in a warm place. I personally put it in the oven at 30° and it works really well.
5. Once the dough doubled in size take it out of the bowl onto a floured surface and knead it with your hands a couple minutes.
