πŸ“ Nutritional facts (swipe left πŸ‘ˆ)

🌾 Ingredients (simplified):
✳️For crust
1.Moong beans (100gm) soaked for 5-6 hours,
2. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp,cumin powder,salt, turmeric
3. Fruit salt 1 tsp for getting that fluffy batter.
4. Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
5. Olive oil to grease

πŸ“ŒPre heat oven at 180Β°C , add fruit soda with 2-3 tbsp water instantly before placing batter to oven given constant folding , cook for 10 min. Then flip side heat for another 2-3 min. and then it’s ready for toppings

✳️For toppings (use anything u prefer,I used)
1. Boiled and marinated Soya chunks (30gm)
2. Cream cheese (50gm)
3. Pizza sauce
4. Veggies : bell pepper,tomatoes
5. Oregaino, chilli flakes, Nutritional yeast
