Shamelessly, my stories today have all been about my homemade pizza dough making! It was so easy and the outcome is delicious!

Dough ingredients are simply 500g strong bread flour, 3.5g yeast and 350ml water! Kneaded it for about 15mins (which was such a workout!) and then left it to rise for an hour.🍞
.
Once risen, I divided it into two – because there’s enough for two big pizzas – and kneaded it for 1 minute before leaving again for 30 minutes.⏱

Once fully risen, one half went into the freezer for another day and the other half I made into this @bosh.tv “avocado toast pizza”.🥑
.
The avo pizza simply involved cooking it for about 15mins with olive oil and garlic. I also threw in some spring onion too. Once cooked, I took it out and smashed some avo and sweet chilli sauce on top and voila!💚

Super delicious and rewarding meal! 🥰
