First up for my go to lunch or snack recipe:
Tortilla pizza!!
So easy and can be made into any pizza combo you want. Top with brie and apples for sweet, vegan cheese, or just tomatoes sauce and veggies.

How I make mine:
Ingredients
1. Traders Joe’s Low Carb Tortilla
2. Trader Joe’s Low fat pizza sauce
3. Cherry tomatoes
4. Arugula
5. Parmesan cheese

How to:
1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Spread tortilla with tomatoes or pizza sauce and top with vegetables
3. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
4. Leave in oven for about 10 minutes
5. Top with arugula and seasoning like oregano or red pepper flakes!
6. Enjoy
