Try for lunch

Make dough-top with sliced figs, feta (use vegan feta to make recipe vegan), fresh watercress, roasted fennel and black Poppy and pomegranate seeds and drizzle ev olive oil on top.

Fold into a boat shape.

This is simple but be gentle, your doughy has been rolled out in an almost rectangle shape pizza shape and then you put ingredients on top but leave enough space to fold in the edges which also will hold the ingredients and then gently twist the end of each side of the pide like you are making a pony tail.

Use an eaten egg or nuttlelex to make it vegan over all the edges to make it golden.

Bake.
