Crispy cauliflower gnocchi + a very cheesy UPGRADE
Love that the bag instructions have “pan-sauté” marked as the preferred method. TJ’s just knows that’s the best way to do it ?
Then add in some cheddar, and it’s just game over at that point… too good
What’s your fave way to eat them? I want to try them out as little pizza bites with marinara next?

Vegan Cauliflower Gnocchi Mac & Cheese
INGREDIENTS (serves two)
1 bag @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi
4 ish tbsp @bragglivefoodproducts nutritional yeast
2-3 slices of @violife_foods plant-based cheddar
2 cups broccoli
Olive oil spray
Put gnocchi in a pan straight from the freezer on low/med heat & the top on. Once they’ve thawed out a little, add olive oil & nutritional yeast & stir them around. Put the top back on & up heat to medium. Check them every 2 ish mins, adding more olive oil & nutritional yeast until they start to get crispy one the outside.
Once done, break up the cheddar slices and place on top of the gnocchi evenly and put the top back on (lower heat). Once cheese has melted, stir and serve with broccoli (I just sautéed ? in olive oil & topped with sea salt)
