✨ CRISPY BUFFALO POTATOES✨ We had my sisters wedding this weekend in my parents backyard, and it was beautiful! Andrew and I had ourselves some not so nutrient driven meals, and even eat some pizza, but now we’re home and getting back to healthy food! 🙌🏼 These potatoes are one of my favorites to put on top of salads. 🍠 I roasted cubed sweet potatoes in the air fryer for about 15 minutes on 375. Then, I took them out, tossed them in Dairy free buffalo sauce and added them back to the air fryer to crisp for another 5-10 minutes. 🍠🥬🥗

🌿 Ingredients
1 cup roasted buffalo potatoes 🥔
1 cup spinach 🍃
1/2 cup brown rice 🍚
1 cup roasted zuchinni
Crispy chickpeas
1 cup cucumber 🥒
1/4 cup shredded carrots 🥕
