– Burgers, corn, and stringless beans
– Tortilla chips
– Garlic hummus
– Sliced vegetables
– Zucchini muffins
– Guacamole
– Orange juice
– Oat milk
– Fruits and vegetables
– Homemade buns

Tortilla Chips:
– 1/8 cp vegetable shortening
– 1/4 cp hot water
– 1 pinch salt
– 1 cp flour
– 1 tsp garlic powder
Tortilla instructions:
– Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Then add the shortening and mix together with hands. Then add the hot water and mix with hands until the mixture turns to dough.
– Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
– Roll out dough into palm sized balls and then roll out to the width of a dime using a rolling pin on a flour covered surface. Make sure to change the direction you’re rolling to make a circular shape.
– Then on a hot pan on the stove over medium heat, put the tortilla on the pan for about 30 seconds each side.
– Then use a pizza cutter and cut the tortilla into triangles.
– Bake the triangles on each side for 10 minutes.
– Cool on a cooling rack.

Garlic Hummus:
Ingredients:
– 2 cps chickpeas
– 1/4 cp lemon juice
– 1/3 cp tahini dressing
– 1 clove minced garlic
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp paprika
– pinch of cayenne pepper
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp water

Instructions:
– Mince garlic
– Blend all ingredients in blender

Tahini Dressing Ingredients:
– 1/3 cp sesame seed paste (tahini)
– 3 tbsp lemon juice
– 2 tbsp maple syrup
– 1 clove minced garlic
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 4 tbsp water

– Mince garlic
– Blend all ingredients in blender
