WALDORF SALAD RECIPE
This recipe is rich in proteins and has a sweet touch with the fruits. Enjoy it as an appetizer!

Preparation time : 15 minutes
Ingredients:
? 6 cups of boston salad, chopped
? One apple, sliced thinly ? 2 tbsp lemon juice
? 1/4 cup grapes, cut in half
? 1/4 cup of raw walnuts
? 1/4 cup (60g) smoked tofu, diced
? chives for decoration
Dressing: ? 3 tbsp light mayonnaise ? 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
? 1 tbsp milk
? 1 tbsp dijon mustard
? 1 tbsp maple syrup
? Salt, to taste
Preparation:
1. Mix the apples and the lemon juice
2. Add the lettuce in a bowl and then all of the other ingredients
3. Mix the dressing ingredients and add to salad when ready to serve
4. Decorate with chives
