VEGAN GULAB JAMUN with CHOCOLATE FONDUE

Pyaarmaakaa.. mother’s love is inexpressible..but when we have our mother in law’s who are similar to mother..then it’s a heaven..
Here I’m sharing my mother in law’s most favourite dish to prepare is GULAB JAMUN.
These gulab jamun are with many twists..these are vegan gulab jamun (no milk products, or refined flour)..and above it is coated with chocolate fondue..
Ingredients: rice flour, oil, sugar, water, and coating with chocolate fondue..
Method: in a pan take 2 tspoon of oil..and add rice flour n roast and add water to make it smooth consistency..heat it till it forms proper consistency so that it can be made into balls..then make small balls and fry it in oil.. then add to sugar syrup..
Dip these jamuns in chocolate fondue..add sprinklers to give most twist to normal GULAB JAMUN..
