This is yet another great dish with the “holy” oat bran ?. I absolutely love porridge as there are so many different ways to eat it ! Even in summer with warm temperatures outside, I still enjoy a great bowl with porridge and fruits. As you can see, I’m using either goats or oat milk as I get really bloated if I have cows milk in these amounts ?. The baked pear on this one is incredible in combination with the berries and the oat bran helps with the fibre! What is your go-to breakfast that you could eat every day ????? Blueberry & Raspberry porridge with baked pear ? :
Ingredients for 2 people:
4 tbsp oat bran ?
375ml of goats or oat milk ?
1 pear
1 tsp honey ?
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Alternatively: 1 cup of frozen forest fruit :

You need:
A sauce pan
An oven
A baking tray
:
1. Preheat the oven. Cut the pears in half, take out the core and place on the baking tray. Add a bit of cinnamon and place in the preheated oven for 20-30 minutes (until golden)
2. On high heat, heat up the milk and oat bran. Once it starts boiling, turn down the heat to medium-low and add the frozen fruit. Keep stirring until it thickens and comes to the consistency that you enjoy for porridge. (Some prefer it more milky, others a bit thicker). Serve with the honey.
