Save this waffle board idea for your next weekend brunch!! These vegan waffles are protein rich, need minimal ingredients and come together in no time!

Here is a super quick waffle recipe⬇️
1 cup almond flour
6 tbsp unsweetened applesauce (or 2 medium eggs if not vegan)
1.5 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut sugar (or sweetener of your choice)
1/4 cup oat milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Avocado oil for brushing the waffle iron

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Heat your waffle iron. Brush the iron with oil and pour the waffle mix and cook the waffles. Repeat for the rest of the mix.
Serve with your choice of fruits & maple syrup!
