And so I saw this amazing jars by my friend @vancouverwithlove . I adapted this amazing helathybreakfast for me and my familiy. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So here is my version of it:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Ingredients for serves 3⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 1/2 cups oats⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cups plantmilk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp chia seeds ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 tbsp cacao nibs⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tbsp almondbutter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp vegan protein powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 tsp maca powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tsp vanilla powder⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
topping:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 banana⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
figs and hemp seeds⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Mix all the dry ingredients together, then add all of the wet ones and mix it all together. Store it in the fridge overnight. That’s it. You can top it with your favourite fruits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1 Esslöffel Mandelbutter⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Esslöffel veganes Proteinpulver⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Teelöffel Maca-Pulver⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 Teelöffel Vanillepulver⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Topping:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Feigen und Hanfsamen⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
