🌾 Ingredients:
1.Cracked Jowar 45 gm’s roasted with a hint of Coconut oil till turns aromatic.
2.Plant milk 🥛 – I ve used 200 ml of Almond, Cashew, Coconut milk each(600 ml in total)
3.Mejdul dates 2-3 Cut into small pieces
4.Stevia 1 tbsp
5.Cardamom powder 1 tsp,Mace powder 1/2 tsp,a pinch of black pepper saffron strands .
6.1/2 Cup water

📌In a Cooking vessel,add all of the milk,add water,add cardamom, mace n black pepper powder n heat till start to rolling boil then add date pieces n saffron strands,n boil for 3-4 min then add the Cracked Jowar/ Millet n Cook for 15-20 minutes till it turns thick with continuos stirring scraping sides n bottom (shouldn’t stick at all)mix stevia powder n voila 😉 amandine with dry fruits,date pieces n serve hot !!
