My homemade granola with fresh fruits ???
Definitely healthier than the granola we can find in the shops, even the organic one, and so easy to make !! This recipe is a budget friendly one :
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups 5 cereals flakes
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup raisins
5 tbsp olive oil (I used a sweet and fruity one)
5 tbsp agave syrup
Heat the oven to 170°C
Combine well all the ingredients apart from the raisins in a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven, stir well then press all the ingredients together in the bottom of the tray so that there will be nice crunchy clusters. Put the tray back in the oven for another to 20 minutes until it has a golden color.
Take the tray out and wait until the granola is completely cold before you store it in a glass or metal box. Add your favorite fresh fruits, homemade vegan yogurt or cereal / nut milk ???
