I know It’s quite difficult to maintain your routine or diet when you are working and staying alone as well..

But I decided to keep my promises I made to myself to transform into healthy food ??
.
So It’s the dates season and I just love the natural sweetness and flavour and of course colour as well, and its rich source of protein, vitamin, Iron and so on ……❤️
.
So, I thought to add it in my morning breakfast and it came out amazing.. It was so sweet without any sweetener. You will just require 3 ingredients dates, banana and any nut milk you like in smoothies and you can add dry fruits, seeds, chopped dates whatever you like for fun and crunchiness?☺️
.
Second one is Indian traditional cuisine “HALVA” and its also made with dates, jaggery, peanut milk , cardamom, and lots of nut crackers ???..
.
These are very simple recipes loaded with goodness and health and keeps you full throughout the day if you are not able to cook your every meal.. So Do try it..
