CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

* 1/2 cup almond milk, soy milk or coconut milk.
* 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 2 tbsp chia seeds
* 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey.
* 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
* Almonds, fruits , nuts …etc

Stir everything together except the ingredients for toppings and refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours.
Top with your favorite toppings !!
There are so many different topping options. Some of my favorites are:
* peanut butter
* chopped chocolate pieces or chocolate chips or flakes.
* whipped cream
* strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries
* bananas
* nuts and seeds
* frozen yogurt or ice cream
