Never tried chia pudding before and it did NOT disappoint- I topped it with a frozen fruit smoothie and some coconut and it was so beaaaaautiful in the sunshine this mornin ☀️ ?.

INGREDIENTS: 4 tbsp chia seeds | 130ml plant based milk | maple syrup (to preferred taste) | vanilla extract (to preferred taste | frozen banana, strawberries and raspberry

METHOD: 1)mix all ingredients (other than fruit) into a bowl 2) leave to set in the fridge for at least four hours (I left mine over night) 3) when ready to eat, blend frozen fruit and water together 4) pour chia seeds into a cup and too with blended fruits 5) enjoy! .
