Chai Spiced Overnight Oats Recipe ?⁠

If you haven’t hopped on the overnight train yet, you’re missing out!⁠

Overnight oats is one of my favourite recipes to make. Most of the time I’ll have it for breakfast, but it can also serve as a delicious and nutrient-dense snack during other times of the day too ?⁠

Try out this tasty chai spiced overnight oats recipe.⁠

To make this you’ll need..⁠
-300ml Almond milk⁠
-1 ½ cup oats⁠
-Pinch allspice⁠
-¼ tsp ginger (ground)⁠
-¾ tsp cinnamon (ground)⁠
-⅛ tsp nutmeg (ground)⁠
-3 tbsp maple syrup (pure, plus more for serving)⁠
-1 tsp vanilla extract⁠
-Pinch sea salt⁠

This recipe is super simple to make. Prepare it the night before so that way it’s ready to be taken out of the fridge and eaten straight away the next morning!⁠

To prepare:⁠

1⃣Simply add all of the ingredients into a container or jar and thoroughly mix.⁠

2⃣Then in the morning all you need to do is serve it up and add any additional toppings such as your favourite fruits or a natural nut butter, or both ?⁠

?Try to make sure you purchase an almond milk brand that is unsweetened (to keep your intake of added sugars to a minimum) and also fortified with calcium.⁠

?Using a calcium-fortified plant-milk is incredibly important on a vegan/plant-based diet. This helps you meet the recommended daily intake of calcium, an important mineral.⁠
