Mango, banana & coconut porridge ?

The only fruit I had in the house this morning was a brown banana & frozen smoothie bags in the freezer! This made enough for both Bodhi & I and was delicious!

1 large handful of chopped mango (I used frozen chunks)
1 banana sliced
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 porridge oats
1/2 water
1tbsp desiccated coconut

Put aside half of your mango & banana, then add the rest of the ingredients in a pan & cook on low stirring the whole time. As the fruits soften use the spoon to break them down more. If the porridge gets too thick add extra water or coconut milk (I used the milk)
Once cooked to your desired consistency add the rest of the fruit on top and extra desiccated coconut if you want ???
