If you love starting your day with a sweet yet healthy breakfast, this one’s for you.

A healthy, nutritious and pretty oatmeal bowl that is naturally sweetened with a bit of real maple syrup.

Oats are among one of the healthier grains and it has many health benefits.

They are a good source of carbs and fiber. Oats keep you fuller longer and provide your body with good energy!

I love adding chia seeds as they are loaded with antioxidants, are high in omega-3 fatty acids, and contain fiber.

Berries are my favorite fruits to have in the morning. Whether frozen then thawed or fresh, I love having them on hand at all times.

I loveeee chocolate and that is why I like to add just a bit of melted vegan chocolate to my bowl!

Oatmeal can be a bit texture lacking at times and that’s why I add a spoonful of my homemade granola as well. I am using old fashioned rolled oats but you can also use steel-cut or instant rolled oats.

This warm bowl of goodness is enjoyed warm but you will also find overnight oats on this site!

?Ingredients:

2 cups (Almond/Soy/Oat) Non-Dairy Milk
1 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Real Maple Syrup
TOPPINGS
Berries
Coconut Yogurt
Vegan Chocolate
Granola

Directions:
1️⃣ Add the non-dairy milk, oats, chia seeds and maple syrup to a pot and heat on high heat.

2️⃣Stir occasionally as it comes up to a gentle boil.

3️⃣Once it’s at a gently boil, turn off the heat, stir then move the pot off the heat and allow it to rest for a couple of minutes.

4️⃣ Add the oatmeal to your bowls then add your desired toppings.

This also makes a great on-the-go breakfast! Simply spoon it into a glass container, add the toppings and a lid.
