Allergens: Peanuts (can sub for sunbutter). Possibly soy (make sure using soy free butter).
* 1 cup peanut butter
* 1 cup dairy free butter
* 1/2 tsp vanilla
* 2 cups powered sugar
1⃣ Put parchment paper down into a bread pan. Set pan aside.
2⃣ In a large mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter and dairy free butter.
3⃣ Add in vanilla and beat just until combined. Slowly add in the powdered sugar until everything is well combined.
4⃣ Pour into lined baking dish and spread out evenly with a spatula.
5⃣ Set in the fridge for at least 2 hours, but up to overnight.
6⃣ Cut & Serve or leave in fridge up to 30 days.
