VEGAN HOLIDAY CINNAMON ROLLS❄️ you will def want to save this recipe…

Ingredients:
Dough –
🤍 2 1/4 cups gf flour (reg flour works too)
🤍 1 1/2 cups dairy free yogurt (I used @kitehillfoods vanilla)
🤍 3 tsp baking powder
🤍 Pinch of salt
🤍 Dash of cinnamon & allspice

Gooey part –
🤍 1.5 tbsp coconut oil melted
🤍 4 tbsp coconut sugar (5-6 for more sweetness)
🤍 dash of cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, allspice (any holiday spices you want!)
🤍 2 tbsp molasses (I didn’t have any so I evenly mixed brown coconut sugar and maple syrup)

Steps:
. Set oven to 350
. In a bowl combine all dry ingredients
. Roll out dough with rolling pin
. Add on coconut sugar, coconut oil, spices, molasses (aka all wet ingredients)
. Roll dough into cylinder
. Use knife cut 1-2 in size slice in cylinder (aka size of cinnamon rolls)
. Place rolls flat on nonstick pan (or spray with nonstick spray)
. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min
