TIRAMISU COOKIE DOUGH overnight oats 🥛🍪

another day another overnight oats 😉
I’ve wanted to try combo of cookie dough + tiramisu oats for a while now and let me tell yah…I’m not disappointed

ingredients:
– 1/2 cup (50-60g) oats
-3/4 cup (170g) (milk/water (I used oat milk) -1 tbsp (15g) chia seeds
-2 tbsp (30g) liquid sweetener (I used agave syrup)
-espresso shot (2-4 tbsp)

cookie dough
– 2 tbsp almond powder
– 1 tsp almond butter
– cacao nibs

yogurt filling:
-about 1/4-1/3 cup yogurt (or how much you like)
-1-2 tbsp sweetener (I used agave syrup) top:
-yogurt
-cacao powder

toppings
– yogurt
– cacao powder
– cookie dough
– cacao nibs @organic_seeds
– chocolate hazelnut granola @aw.interfood

how to:
-add all of the ingredients for the oats to a pot
-cook over medium heat for about 5-8 mins; mixing frequently
-let the oats cool down while covering a little bowl with cling film
-add some of the oat mixture to the bowl and spread it evenly on the sides of the bowl (leave a hole in the middle for the yogurt)
-fill the yogurt filling into the hole -cover the yogurt with the rest of the oats; close the hole & spread evenly
-let it chill overnight (or for at least an hour) in the fridge
