🤎These mini tarts are perfect for breakfast or dessert! They have a chewy brownie like crust and filled with Greek vanilla yogurt. To get these beautiful colours we used @smoovblends super food powders – The perfect organic, healthy and natural food colouring of the future! Check out the recipe below!
Yield: 6 tarts
Total Time: 10 -15 minutes
🤎1 cup of whole oats
🤎½ cup of walnuts
🤎4 Tbsp cocoa powder
🤎1 Tbsp shredded coconut
🤎1 Tbsp euphoric blend from @smoovblends
🤎3 Tbsp tahini
🤎7 Medjool dates 150g
🤎¼ cup coconut milk
🤎3 Tbsp water
🤎2 cups of vanilla or plain yogurt
🤎2 Tbsp of any @smoov blend
🤎To make the tart base, add the first 5 ingredients to a food processor and process for a few seconds until well combined. Add the remaining 4 ingredients and process until sticky dough forms. Scoop about 2 Tbsp of dough into each tart tin and press to form with fingers.
🤎Place tart tins on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 5 to 8 minutes. This will help them firm up. Let cool and set aside.
🤎For the filling, in a separate bowl, mix yogurt and any Smoov blend until well combined. Scoop about 3 Tbsp per tart and evenly spread. Top with fresh berries, Enjoy!
🧡If you are using more than one Smoov blend, evenly divide the yogurt and add 1 tsp of Smoov blend to every 3 Tbsp of yogurt.
🧡You can also make these tarts no bake by placing the tarts in the freezer for 10 minutes or until firm before adding the filling.
