RECIPE ~ single serve fruit crisp 🙌🏼 If you’re drowning in overly ripe stone fruits / pears (and soon to be apples), this one’s for you 🧡Inspired by my friend Catrina over at @plantedfamilies who shared a stone fruit breakfast cobbler! I ate the whole pan as a meal but it makes enough for 2 as a snack or dessert 🤞🏼

• 1.5 C fresh fruit, sliced or chopped (I used 2 med peaches)
• Vanilla extract

• 1/2 C oats
• 1 T almond flour
• 1 T maple syrup
• 1 T butter, cold
• 1/4 tsp cinnamon (adjust to taste)
• Dash salt

Preheat oven to 350°F. Add sliced fruit to a small pan (I used a 6×4) and sprinkle with vanilla extract. Mix all topping ingredients besides the butter in a bowl until well combined, then add the butter with a pastry cutter or fork to form a crumble texture. Spoon mixture over the fruit then bake for 30-40 minutes, until topping is golden brown and fruit is bubbling. Serve with coconut whipped cream (nasturtiums optional 😉). Enjoy! ✨
