My fellow mint choccy fans.. no-bake, vegan, paleo, packed with a little protein – this is the perfect thing to prep for the week & stash away in your freezer for whenever you want a little a lil whole-food based sweet treat! 🤩⁠

1/4 cup @macr0mike limited edition choc mint protein⁠
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour⁠
1/4 cup cacao powder⁠
1/4 cup maple (more as needed)⁠
2 tbsp avocado oil or melted coconut oil⁠
2 tbsp almond butter⁠

1 can full-fat coconut cream⁠
1/4 + 1 tbsp maple⁠
1 tsp peppermint⁠
1/4 tsp vanilla⁠
1/4 cup almond, coconut, or cashew butter⁠
pinch of sea salt⁠
1-2 tsp spirulina (optional, for color! you could also use matcha!)⁠

blend all of the base ingredients in a food processor until sticky dough forms. press it into the bottom of a lined loaf pan. blend all the filling ingredients together until smooth. taste & adjust as needed (more sweet, more mint, etc.) pour over the base. place in the freezer for at least 2 hrs, until hardened. cut into bars, drizzle over melted chocolate, & enjoyyy! note: let thaw from the freezer for 10-15 before eating so it’s like ice cream texture!⁠
