✨ HEALTHY FUDGEY CHOCOLATE CHUNK BROWNIES ✨

I’m being 10000% real when I say I’ve never had an ACTUALLY healthy dessert like this that tasted straight out of a bakery 🤩 the recipe couldn’t possibly have been easier and i can almost guarantee you already have all the ingredients!!!

Recipe:
▫️microwave 1 medium sweet potato in wet napkin for ~5 minutes until softened
▫️mash in a bowl
▫️stir in 4 tbs (or more if you like it sweeeet like me) of maple syrup
▫️add 1/3 cup cocoa powder
▫️add 1/2 cup pb, I used @traderjoes chunky kind with chia and flax seed for some nutritional yumminess
▫️place on thin baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15-20 depending on how gooey you’d like
▫️OPTIONAL: top or stir in chocolate chips or crushed dark chocolate bar, I used @lilys_sweets sea salt dark chocolate

Do not walk, RUN to your kitchen to bake these!!
