We have a wide selection of vegan options, from the flavourful chickpea curry and pulled jackfruit burrito to decadent vegan desserts & cocktails!! AND, to celebrate World Vegan Day we’re sharing with you our very own recipe for VEGAN CASHEW PESTO 🌱🍃

✅ Good Quality Olive oil (we recommend light or virgin olive oil, depending on your preference)
✅ Fresh garlic cloves
✅ Salt ~ to taste
✅ Fresh basil leaves (we’ve even used the Asian lemon-basil before with excellent results so don’t be afraid to substitute your locally available variety)
✅ Nuts ~ typically pesto contains pine nuts but we use local Nusa Penida cashew nuts instead.
✅ No need for Parmesan! Add finely grated lime rind instead. This’ll give the pesto a sour bite usually provided by the dairy cheese.
