GLUTEN FREE GRANOLA🥜🌰🍌
This vegan granola recipe is easy, crunchy, healthy, and highly customizable! Enjoy these golden, nutty clusters for an easy brekfast or snack!
Ah, granola. The perfect breakfast, breakfast topper, snack, dessert… is there anything it’s not good for? Not only is it easy to make, but it’s ready in just about 30 min and is made from healthy plant-based ingredients!
The 4 SECRETS to a perfect granola:
1️⃣Press the granola into the tray. This allows all of the ingredients to stick together more, and will create larger clusters.
2️⃣Use the botton rack of your oven. The granola will be closer to the heating source of your oven, allowing it to crisp up and cook faster.
3️⃣A silicone mat takes things to the next level! Parchment paper tends to get soggy, but these mats help keep my crunchy clusters looking perfect every time!
4️⃣Store your granola in the fridge for maxiumum crunch. Don’t aske me why, but it makes a huge difference!
-1/2 cup of g/f oats
-1/2 cup of puffed quinoa
-1/4 cup of buckwheat
-2 tbsp of pumkin seeds
-2 tbsp of sunflower seeds
-2 tbsp of walnuts
-2 tbsp of raisins
-2 tbsp of chia seeds
-1 tbsp of cinnamon
-1 tbsp of nutmeg
-1/2 mashed banana
-2 tbsp of date paste ( blend 5 medjool dates with a bit of water and vainilla)
-1 tbsp of tahini
-Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl.
-Mash the banana and mix it with the date paste and tahini.
-Add the mixture to the other bowl and combine well.
-Spread the mixture into the tray and bake it at 180 degrees celsius.
-After 10 min make sure you check the granola and give it a twist.
-After 10 min your granola will be ready.
-Leave it on the tray to cool down and store it in a glass container.
