Diwali is here so some fusion dessert for this special occasion 🤩 BROWNIE WITH RAS MALAI MOUSSE 🤩

this recipe is made styled and shot for @meronagaragar 📸

@meronagaragar is the best substitute for geletin as it is vegan and u can use in so many desserts, milkshake or even in curries.

For making ras malai mousse and brownie I used small square mould
INGREDIENTS (1 CUP -125 g/ml)
1 +1/2 cup whipped cream
2+1/2 tbsp powder suger
Pinch of cardamom powder
Pinch of saffron
5 tbsp milk
2 tbsp melted white chocolate
2 tsp @meronagaragar
2 tbsp chopped nuts .
PROCESS
✅ Melt white chocolate over low heat in double boiler .
✅In another bowl add milk ,agar agar powder, cardamom powder and saffron and mix well without forming any lumps.
✅ Pour this mixture into melted white chocolate and whisk well over double boiler.
✅Then add suger to whipped cream and add white chocolate mixture to it and combine gently and also fold in chopped nuts.
✅ Then pour this over baked brownie (make sure u are making brownie into removable base mould or just line mould with parchment paper from side as well)
✅ Then keep this into refrigerator for 2-3 hour for setting then garnish with chopped nuts and cut into cubes and serve.
