My honey has a crazy sweet tooth so I decided to make these dessert balls last night. Vegan & Gluten free 🤗 and seriously I am SO proud of my creation because they were DELICIOUS, no lie. Sooo good. I was surprised. Guilt free too!
The recipe is kind of random because I just used whatever I had in stock.
1 cup Medjool dates
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
3/4 cup mulberries
3/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup raw walnuts
3 Tbl spoons coconut milk
Little swirl of 100% maple syrup
2 tbl spoons Wild Blue Berry Powder from @vimergy
Throw it all in the blender, mixxxx it up and then form it into little balls with your hands. Once in balls you can place them in the freezer for 30 minutes and TADA!! Such an easy, healthy, tasty & fun treat. 😋💜🥰
