DALGONA COFFEE anyone?☕️??? It is thanks to our dear friend @efflorescencez that we discovered this delicious treat/dessert! Thanks love because now we’re addicted ? Dalgona coffee or whipped coffee is the It-Drink of the moment and our new favourite treat. It’s super easy and fun to make, so fluffy, and incredibly delicious. Takes only 5 minutes and you can drink it hot or cold, your choice! ?? THE RECIPE WILL BE IN OUR BOOK but we decided to share it here on instagram too?❤️ Enjoy!??

INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp instant coffee
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup hot water
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Ice cubes, for serving
2 cups any of our plant mylks (we share 5 kinds of homemade plant mylks in our book, 2 of them the creamiest most delicious coffee creamers (cashew based and almond based)
1 pinch cacao powder, for serving

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine instant coffee, granulated sugar, hot water, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl and, using a hand mixer, whip for about 3-4 min, until it becomes creamy, velvety, and stiff peaks form.
2. Fill 2 glasses with some ice cubes and 1 cup of mylk each and spoon the whipped coffee on top. Sprinkle a bit of cacao powder over them. Enjoy! ☀️?❤️ .
