Ingredients
1.5 cups flour

3-4 drops Vanilla
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
25 ml oil
50 ml warm water
16 tablespoons Vegan Spread Chocolate (pre-frozen)

Preparation of the filling
Spread baking paper over a plate. Take walnut-sized pieces from the cocoa hazelnut cream with the help of two dessert spoons and arrange them on a plate as 16 pieces. Leave in the freezer.

Preparation of dough,
Put the flour in a deep bowl, add salt, granulated sugar, vanilla oil and lukewarm water and knead until a soft dough is obtained. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it sit for 20 minutes.

Styling and cooking
Spread baking paper on the baking tray. Pre-open the oven to set the specified temperature and heat.

Top and bottom cooking: 225 ° C

Turbo cooking: 225 ° C

At the end of the time, knead the dough on a lightly floured counter for a short time. Divide it into 16 parts. Remove the chocolates from the freezer. Apply a small amount of oil on the counter, take a piece of dough and roll it out thinly with a roller, about 10 cm in diameter, put a pre-frozen chocolate in the middle and close it. Cut off excess dough with scissors or a knife. Put it on a baking sheet, turning it upside down. Prepare and cook the remaining dough quickly before the chocolates melts.

Cooking time: Approximately 5 – 7 minutes

Remove from oven. Serve warm or after cooling. Enjoy ☺️
