Chia layered pudding ??
This chia pudding makes the perfect dessert or breakfast option. It is a simple, light and super healthy option. All you need is 4 ingredients ?

Ingredients
?1/2 cup of chia seeds
?1 mango
?250g of strawberries
?A plant based yogurt (soya/ coconut)

Method
1. Slice the mango into small chunks and blend in a food blender until smooth.
2. Add the mango as the base layer in a cup.
3. Next, mix the yogurt in with the chia and add as the second layer.
4. Blend the strawberries in the blender and add as the final layer.
5. Top up with some more chia and enjoy! ?
