C H I A P U D D I N G 😍

I’ve only recently started making chia puddings for dessert, but I saved this one for breakfast. I keep it simple with ingredients –

2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup soya milk
Pinch of sea salt
Handful frozen berries to top

You can add sugar/ sweeteners if you prefer, switch out the cocoa or add different toppings. Once you have your basic chia pudding mix, it’s easy to play around with other flavour combinations.

I leave the pudding in my fridge for at least 12 hours, usually 24 and give it a stir a couple of times while it’s setting. The longer you leave it, the thicker it gets πŸ˜‹

This is a great way to get some extra protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals into your diet, without taking supplements.
