Who needs a quick and healthy plant-based lunch or dinner idea?🙋‍♀️ Try this chickpea broccoli slaw salad. It takes less than 10 minutes to make and has very few ingredients. I love that it’s loaded with veggies, is protein packed and has healthy fats. Enjoy friends!💚⁣

🌱1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed⁣
🌱2 cups broccoli slaw⁣
🌱3 tbsp tahini⁣
🌱1 juiced lemon⁣
🌱1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣
🌱1/2 tsp salt⁣
🌱Pinch red pepper⁣
🌱Water to thin⁣
🌱Trader Joe’s Vegan chicken less seasoning to taste and red pepper flakes⁣
🌱chopped fresh parsley⁣

✔️Add chickpeas and slaw to a large bowl and mix. Whisk tahini, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, red pepper. Add a touch of water to thin.⁣
✔️Add dressing to bowl and mix everything together. Add chicken less seasoning to taste or any of your other favorite seasoning along with additional red pepper flakes if desired. Top with chopped parsley and serve
