What did we do before time hop? ? Love seeing all those treasured memories?..typically of my kids..but this week i was reminded of this recipe.??♀️?! So, naturally, i had to make it again…and why i waited 1 year later is beyond me. ? Clearly, it got shoved in the back of my recipe box bc this meal is.a.winner! ????! Not only did it smell SO insanely good all day as it cooked in the crockpot my kids devoured it and all it’s “deliciousness”. ????.
Could not be easier with just a few ingredients. Will definitely be back in the rotation!
Crockpot Balsamic chicken:
1-2 lb-ish..i had 3 large Chicken breast
1/2c balsamic vinegar
1 can diced tomatoes
1-2 tsp Italian seasoning
1-2 garlic cloves (i use the squeezable minced Garlic).
Place all ingredients in crockpot on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-4 hours or until chicken is cooked and tender.
Shred your chicken and serve.
I made penne pasta and zucchini squash and okra! Topped with mozzarella cheese!
It’s a hit for all and so versatile.
