Serves 2 ?⠀
Curry ingredients:⠀
• 175g meat-free chicken pieces⠀
• 1/2 onion, diced⠀
• 200g chopped tomatoes⠀
• 70g tikka masala paste⠀
• 100ml single cream or oat cream⠀
• Fresh coriander, roughly chopped (to garnish)⠀

Method:⠀
• Add the diced onion to a high-sided frying pan and fry for a couple of minutes until starting to soften⠀
• Add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes, turning occasionally⠀
• Add the tikka masala paste and cook for 1 minute⠀
• Add the chopped tomatoes, 100ml water and double cream and gently simmer for 10 minutes⠀
• Serve with pilau or basmati rice and top with the fresh coriander⠀
