Today’s Fan Feature Friday is from @what_laura_cooks, and she used @veetee_official Basmati Rice to make this meat-free chicken tikka-masala! Check out her recipe below⁠⠀

Serves 2 ?⁠⠀
Curry ingredients:⁠⠀
• 175g meat-free chicken pieces⁠⠀
• 1/2 onion, diced⁠⠀
• 200g chopped tomatoes⁠⠀
• 70g tikka masala paste⁠⠀
• 100ml single cream or oat cream⁠⠀
• Fresh coriander, roughly chopped (to garnish)⁠⠀

Method:⁠⠀
• Add the diced onion to a high-sided frying pan and fry for a couple of minutes until starting to soften⁠⠀
• Add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry for a couple of minutes, turning occasionally⁠⠀
• Add the tikka masala paste and cook for 1 minute⁠⠀
• Add the chopped tomatoes, 100ml water and double cream and gently simmer for 10 minutes⁠⠀
• Serve with pilau or basmati rice and top with the fresh coriander⁠⠀
