Tinolang veggies – in short, skip the meat πŸ˜‚

Papaya or you can use chayote
Chili/Pepper leaves or any greens like moringa leaves, pechay, and cabbage
Ginger, garlic, onion, ground pepper
Bouillon Cubes, use vegan if you want or you can skip this
Chili 🌢
Sugar, optional for umami
Fish sauce or salt, or use vegan substitute

1. Sautee garlic, onion, and ginger in oil.
2. Add papaya, water, and all the remaining ingredients except the leaves.
3. If papaya is cooked already, you can add the leaves.

Veggie Okoy / Fritters

Mung Bean Sprouts
Onion, garlic, kintsay
Seaweed wrap
Oyster Mushroom
Veggie or chicken powder
Ground pepper, paprika, salt
All purpose flour and cornstarch slurry

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Fry it.
