If you ask me, I was a big fan of chicken teriyaki. I decided to make my own version of chicken teriyaki at home with tofu. And some corn tortillas! 💃🏻
So, I visited my local Chinese grocery store, I asked the owner, the sweetest lady ever, all about the ingredients I needed for a tasty teriyaki sauce. She took me through every ingredient! The list included, mirin, sake, soy sauce and honey. Guys, SO GOOD! 🤩
I stuffed the tortillas with the cooked tofu, fresh herbs and pickled veggies. Alsoooo, these are incredibly simple to make, bonus points for that hahaha!
