Quick and Easy Dinner! With a marinade that you can use with lots of things 😍.

Tandoor Marinade
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Ginger/garlic paste
1 Tbsp Avocado oil (or any vegetable oil)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Tandoori masala powder (found at any grocery store or on amazon!)
At the point, you can use this marinate for whatever you want – chicken, shrimp (I used 1lb peeled, deveined shrimp tonight, paneer (Indian cheese), lamb, etc…)

DIRECTIONS:
Marinate your protein for at least an hour. The more time you can, the better. For chicken, I like to marinate overnight covered in the fridge.

Preheat your air fryer 400F for 5 minutes.

While it is preheating, skewer your marinated shrimp. My air fryer comes with metal skewers but if you are using wooden ones, make sure to soak them for awhile before using.

Once the air fryer is preheated, gently put the skewers inside the basket in a single layer.

Push the “shrimp” button on the air fryer or at 380F for 6 minutes. Flip the skewers once halfway through the cooking process.

Once done, serve with a sprinkling of cilantro and a squeeze of lime. I always serve anything tandoori with thinly sliced onions dusted with chaat masala (also at any Indian grocery store)

Enjoy!
