Nope, those are not chicken nuggets and they’re not vegan chicken alternative nuggets either! ?
They are cauliflower nuggets!! ?

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2 heads of chopped up into bite sized pieces cauliflower.
Put in a huge mixing bowl that has a lid, (or you can cover the bowl with a large plate)
Add in 1 cup of vegan mayo
Shake it up! Get them all coated!
In a separate bowl mix together:
1 cup of chickpea flour (or any other flour I’m sure)
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper.
After all the dry ingredients and seasonings are mixed together, dump over the top of the mayo’d up -cauliflower, replace the top and shake your tail feather more! (I’m showing my age here ?)
Shake until thoroughly mixed, dump out onto 2 baking sheets and bake for 25ish mins, flipping halfway.
We like dips, so we dipped them in BBQ sauce, ketchup, and hot sauce!
